Transforming Care 4 People with #LD – offer of systems leadership programme #IDHEKSS

I hope this finds everyone well.

I am contacting you to tell you about an offer Health Education England is making in partnership with Skills for Care concerning the national transforming care for people with learning disabilities and / or autism programme.

If you are already part of a local transforming care partnership, or are undertaking work that will feed into this, you are eligible to apply to take part in a systems leadership programme which will help you build the right support in your area.
